TERM 2: The First Draft (3 Months) ✔️ Write fast, no overthinking (NaNoWriMo-style but with more breathing room) ✔️ Focus on getting the words down, not perfection ✔️ Daily co-writing in our virtual writing rooms ✔️ Weekly accountability check-ins ❤️🔥 By the end: A completed, messy first draft (50k-100k words depending on genre). TERM 3: Major Revisions, Rewrites, Polishing & Final Edits (5 Months) ✔️ Big-picture edits: plot holes, pacing, character arcs, structure ✔️ Cutting & expanding where needed ✔️ Potential re-drafting of entire sections ✔️ Sentence-level refinements & line edits ✔️ Beta readers or peer reviews ✔️ Self-editing techniques ✔️ Final proofread & prep for query
