Founded during the seventies, the firm is now composed of 3 labour consultants and 10 employees, can provide a full range of services, ranging from processing of monthly payroll and year’s end law statements, crisis management / business restructuring and offer a specialized knowledge in the management of human resources. Studio Spada also works with many professionals with specific expertise in areas such as Employment Law, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Information Technology.
