Studio ThusThat aims to unearth the backstories of our everyday material world. Our work primarily focuses on the use of uncommon materials such as industrial wastes, to suggest alternative futures. ThusThat works within a range of scales from collectible design objects, interior design to architecture. Currently we are developing alternative cements derived from byproducts of the heavy industry for architectural applications.
