Studio31 is an architectural consulting firm of experienced professionals offering comprehensive services in architecture, interior design and all municipal approvals to residential, commercial, and institutional projects in Palestine. It was established in 2013 by Ibrahim Al-Hindi and later cooperated with Omar Shanti in 2019. Our team is keen to provide architectural designs that respond to their context and to the users’ needs, to create projects that provide a unique experience for the people and participate in enhancing the surroundings environment at the same time. Along the years, the firm developed a diverse portfolio that shows extensive experience in residential, commercial, rehabilitation and landmark restoration in addition to interior and landscape design. All presented and executed with the highest quality. In the recent years, our firm has focused and developed professional expertise in residential housing, restaurant approvals, apartment renovation, as well as commercial interior renovation. As a firm that values teamwork, we believe that our biggest asset is our network with our clients and other architectural offices that we collaborated with in various prestigious projects, which enabled us to widen our experience in different architectural and urban projects.
