We are a boutique law firm specializing in Corporate & Energy Law. The founder & owner of the firm, Ms. Eliana Danzi, has over 15 years of experience in the gas & power industry. She has been acting as legal & regulatory advisor to the Sonatrach Group with regard to its business and operations in Italy and she represents the interests of a number of top players active in the energy field on a national and international basis. We believe a lawyer should primarily act as a “business supporter”. Our activity is mainly focused on the understanding of clients’ necessities in order to provide a responsive, concrete and effective “tailor-made” consultancy. We are convinced that the teamwork with clients, which we consider to be our partners, is fundamental in order to build up durable relationships within a common path leading to tangible results. We are used to working from scratch, customizing established legal praxes to the development of always new and multifaceted activities like the business models required by the present economic scenario. We are well aware that bureaucracy and procedures represent a significant issue for Italian companies, but we have the skills and attitude to find a solution even in the most difficult situations.
