studioMAAC Paris

MAAC is an agency of original architecture setting. Half French and Spanish but with an international vocation, it is based in Paris and Madrid. The Studio rallies three structures, Groupiad, CMA and the Architects CVZ, created by Alain Cottrell forty years ago, thIs forming, and in a team of more than 60 people dedicated to design and execution of large-scale international projects. All the programs related to the city and its development are studied today. The expertise of teams in France and Spain is pooled for greater efficiency in the design of buildings in most areas: construction of tertiaries, housing, shopping malls, hotels, airport terminals, university hubs and sports equipments MAAC’s architectural teams design with thorough to project design. Projects have been awarded on numerous occasions, in particular at the FUTURE MIPIM Awards, Winners in 2015 and MIPIM Awards, Finalists in 2018, MAAC projects are characterized by the dialogue between architecture and place, between the building and its context. We find in each of them this heritage wanted by MAAC of a rational architecture, but at the same time innovative and respectful in its relationship to environmental quality.
