In August of 2015, studioNorth Architecture was created to provide in-house design and construction administration services for NorthPoint Development. Initially focused on supporting NorthPoint’s growth, the practice quickly demonstrated its expertise, completing over 250 speculative and custom build-to-suit projects representing over 130 million square feet of development. Building on this success, studioNorth has since expanded its services to external clients, bringing the same level of dedication and excellence to a broader range of projects.
