SAINT Studio for Architecture and Interiors is a multi-disciplinary architecture and design firm based in Washington, D.C., and Los Angeles, CA. We specialize in concept-driven restaurant, hospitality, and bar, as well as high-end residential and multi-family housing, design. SAINT is intimately engaged with each project from development of the initial concept through completion of construction. We work in close collaboration with our clients to understand their individual needs, taking great care to craft spaces that are evocative, compelling, and inherently functional and unique to meet each client’s needs. Under the leadership of founding partners Michael Francis, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP and Francisco A. Beltran, AIA, SAINT believes designing great projects requires a team of collaborators who share an inspired vision and a collective commitment to quality, integrity, and customer service. Our team includes licensed architects, interior designers, lighting designers, craftsmen, and LEED accredited professionals.
