Julia Aw is a Style Coach for Personal Empowerment programmes like professional imaging, grooming and deportment. Currently, Julia provides corporate training for DBS and OCBC and has conducted training at Raffles Town Club, Orchid Country Club, Weatherford, Gelmalto Pte Ltd, Singapore General Hospital, Cedar’s Girls School, Nanyang Primary School etc. As an independent Makeup Artist, her makeup artistry has appeared on the covers of I-Weekly and also Singapore Women’s Weekly Magazine for Great Women of our Time.

Besides being a Chief Trainer and Sales Director in Mary Kay, Julia's overall experience also covers other areas of marketing and communications, client management, social media marketing and event management.
