The fashion industry accounts for 10% of global greenhouse emissions, which is more than the aviation and maritime shipping industries combined. Nearly 3/5 of all clothing produced ends up in incinerators or landfills within years of being made. Style for Sustainability aims to educate consumers on the fast fashion industry's environmental and labor impacts and highlights sustainable fashion and clean beauty brands.
