Stichting Betalingsachterstandenregistratie and CRZB Stichting Betalingsachterstandenregistratie is the supervisor of CRZB. The foundation is a non profit organisation. It supervises the central register of bussiness related payment arrears (CRZB) on behalf of all in the Netherlands registered companies and organisations. Aim of the register is to prevent and solve bussines related payment arrears. Members can consult the registrer in order to prevent arrears and to make proper bussines credit decisions. In case of an arrear the register offers a both efficient and effective means to solve it. The procedure primary aim is to prevent the registration of de debtor by allowing him a reasonable time to pay or find a mutual solution before final registration.
