SU&BU is a Toronto based fusion restaurant where Tokyo meets Tijuana. Inspired by the beloved sushi rolls and burritos, SU&BU offers sushi burritos and many other fusion creations! Taking the fresh sushi-grade fish that are shipped on a daily basis, SU&BU ensures the freshest quality in their products. Aaron Serruya and Sammy Serruya, the founders of SU&BU, debuted SU&BU in 2016 at the Canadian National Exhibition- food building. The turn out was magnificent as the line-ups each day were on-going until the building closed for the nights. Two months later, SU&BU opened their store on 106 John St. On the week of November 7th to 13th, SU&BU entered Toronto's first ever Toronto Poké Week. With customers tasting and voting, the result of the Poké Week earned SU&BU the Golden Fin A.K.A the best poké in Toronto! Coming into year 2017, SU&BU debuted their Sushi Burger known for its crispy rice patties.
