Groundbreaking research from professors at the Harvard Business School in Zambia demonstrates that teaching girls to negotiate can keep them in school. Training significantly improved girls' attendance rates, national exam test scores and pregnancy rates, and helped them influence family decisions. Suadela has a mission to increase women’s and girls’ power by developing capacity for decision making and action. In our training programs, women & girls learn how to master the art of negotiation to overcome obstacles and achieve life goals.
