Subadra is an environmental consultancy that specialise in geotechnical and environmental investigation of Brownfield land, specialising in fuel storage installations (from petrol forecourts to refineries). The majority of the investigation work we carry out is completed to satisfy planning conditions, to assess environmental liabilities prior to site sale or acquisition (in order to maximise site value or obtain potential clean-up costs, to provide baseline/reversion surveys for lease contracts. We own and operate equipment ranging from drilling rigs to a UKAS accredited hydrocarbon analysis laboratory. We are therefore able to offer extremely competitive rates and maintain a high quality service by completing the majority of our activities in-house. We understand the value of developing a good working relationship with our clients based upon trust and quality of service; many clients are repeat customers and have involved us in multiple projects over the last 15years. We certainly aren’t the UK’s biggest company. Instead, we pride ourselves on being able to offer the expertise of a large company, but with the personal touch of a small one. It’s likely the person you discuss your project with initially will be the person who then manages your project from start to finish and may well be the person you meet out on site taking samples for you.
