Sub-Basement Studios

Sub-Basement Studios is Portland State's student-run production house, aiming to provide students with an inclusive, immersive hands-on experience in all stages of film and video production. SBS provides an outlet for students to gain experience, reel footage, and networking opportunities within the local film industry. Our crews always have an open spot—with productions ranging from live band performances to documentaries to feature-length films, Sub-Basement Studios is the destination for any student interested in the moving image.
