Subdocs provide civil engineering management services. Providing support with project management, engineering and HSEQ management. We offer a hands on service, meeting in person to understand your requirements. We support the following client groups: Sub Contractors We can help you develop business and project management systems to win, deliver works and gain accreditation. For example: programmes, temporary works procurement, project specific RAMS, lift plans and ITP/Quality plans. HSEQ management systems for business operation, project delivery and accreditations, such as CHAS and ISOs. Manufacturer / Installers We will plan and execute your installation, allowing you to engage in installation contracts with your clients, with the assurance the installation is being expertly handled. We will develop the necessary procedures needed to work on sites, such as safe systems of work, lift plans and and temporary works coordination. Main Contractors We can support you with the creation of project management procedures, especially in the preconstruction phase of projects.
