Subsea Fluids Group is a family of companies operating in the Offshore O&G arena which are dedicated to the provision of environmental ‘oil based’ subsea and topside hydraulic fluids, lubricants, corrosion inhibitors and dye additives. Not only are we directly active in our own markets, we also invest in ‘sister’ companies that are part of the pathway for qualification of our products. This can be broken down as follows: Offshore Environmental Oils Ltd (OEO): OEO is a supplier of environmental ‘oil based’ topside and subsea control fluids under the ENVIROSOL brand. The team at Offshore Environmental Oils Ltd (OEO) have been developing subsea control fluids for more than 20 years and have the experience and knowledge to maintain the ENVIROSOL range of fluids at the very forefront of technical performance and environmental acceptability. Our Fluids require industry qualification which was not always available and as such the shareholders of Subsea Fluids Group were instrumental in setting up Subsea Fluid Services Ltd as a conduit towards independent qualification for the entire industry. Subsea Fluid Services Ltd (SFS): SFS offers independent testing services to the Offshore industry comprising DCV, DHSV, Umbilical & Pump testing along with material compatibility, tribology testing and consultancy. SFS operates separately from the rest of the group to maintain its ability to offer independent test services to the industry at large. Subsea Chemistry Ltd: Subsea Chemistry provides a range of environmental additives including lubricants, corrosion inhibitors and dyes to the offshore industry, both directly to formulators and to service companies operating in the offshore market. Our 'niche' is to develop high performance, environmentally superior alternatives to additives that are no longer acceptable environmentally and which offer real advances in performance.
