Franchise sales
Store leasing and lease negotiation
New site selection & evaluation
Store plan design and construction, store relocations, and store remodels
Store operations, in-store marketing and sales promotion, brand awareness and advertising.
POS (Point Of Sale) computer based system training and operations.
Monthly facilitator for franchise owner meetings.
Supervision for a staff of five (6) Franchisee Business Support Consultants,
(1) Operations coordinator, and (1) Development coordinator.
