The need for a new look at Personal Development/Success/Leadership and Productivity:
A new program “Success Unlimited” developed over the last two years based and study, research and application are designed with the objective of addressing the current challenges and covers the up-to-date thinking on Personal Development.
The salient features of the program are:
1. Habit formation and tools – 40 to 50 % of what we do is habitual. Incorporating new and improved habits into our daily routines increases productivity through faster habit rituals. It reduces the mental energy consumption (brain consumes 20% of the energy).
2. Eliminate old, non-productive and detrimental habits.
3. Productivity enhancement through TEA (Time. Energy and Attention). A car (time) needs to have fuel (Energy) to use it beneficially and requires keeping focus (Attention) of the destination we want to get to. If we stop very frequently on the way, we will reach our destination long after our due time.
4. Four Pillars of Success – Abundance rather than Scarcity Mind-set, Positive Expectancy, Personal Accountability and Growth Mind-set
5. Interdependence through Communication and Empowerment.
6. Goals in all areas of Life
This is a nine-module program and is covered over 11 weeks during one weekly session of about 4 hours.
