My job is to help bring Strategy into Reality. Business owners and entrepreneurs are full of dreams. Whether it’s a new product or service or developing the opportunities presented by existing ones, the motivation to create a living doing what one loves drives innovation and our society’s forward progress. Unfortunately, many companies fail – not because of a lack of will or bright ideas, but because of a lack of understanding of the basic fundamentals of bringing dreams to reality. The internet boom and bust was a great example of this. Many worthy companies fell by the wayside simply because of a lack of fundamentals of building organizations and making them function. The soaring problems with employee engagement, corporate espionage, etc. are from the same source. In short, it takes assembling the right team, getting everyone on the same page, properly sequencing the diverse talents and actions required to allow things to flow, and having the operating structure and safeguards in place to predict and handle problems before they put stops on progress. This is what I do for my clients. I bring an MBA in Hubbard Management Technology (the management tools used by over 200,000 successful companies worldwide), a recent bachelor’s degree in the newest ideas in business management, as well as various certifications in Communications, Statistic Analysis, and Project Management. I also draw on over fifty years of hands-on bottom-up experience in several fields like, telecommunications, non-profits, sales, customer service and personnel evaluation and training.
