SuccSaaS is a community for and by SaaS operators. Breaking down Esoteric debates on SaaS and being operator-first has been the ethos of this community.This elusive symbiosis paves the way for more community-wide sharing: Playbooks, best practices, trajectories and most importantly keeping it all real. SaaS as a space has boomed, manifested some amazing talent and grown both horizontally and vertically. However, the key roles in SaaS, various opportunities and the definition of each of these roles is a bit muffled in the minds of many. What are the different roles in Product, Tech, Marketing, Growth, Pre-sales and Solutions; and how all of these co-exists for an organisation to function as a well oiled machine, is truly intriguing.
