Recent projects include redesign of signal management and PSMF update processes for mid-size pharma, development of controlled distribution activities for new medicine, establishment of EU operations for start-up companies, development of processes for safety governance for small organisations, gap analysis for pharmacovigilance quality management systems and provision of ad hoc advice to senior PV executives. Acted as Deputy UK QPPV. Provided pre-audit training and preparation. Working with commercial training providers to develop and deliver both bespoke and commercial training courses on PV topics including signal management, audit and inspection and role of QPPV.
