Suffert Neuenschwander & Partner, has been founded in 2003 as a spin-off from a medium sized Zurich law firm, with a strong focus on information technology. This follows the trend for specialized law boutiques. The Technology Practice Group of our firm counts on 30+ years of experience gathered in the in-house legal services of high-tech companies. We are working with a number of major IT players and key IT users. We therefore certainly know the Swiss IT market very well and add immediate value to our clients’ business needs. In the technology area we advise our clients in all matters, be it the drafting of License-, Sales-, Maintenance and Professional Services Agreements, complex System-Integration and Software Development Projects, Cloud/Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Master Agreements for Large Accounts, (public and private) Procurement Contracts and many more. In addition, our lawyers are experts in Tenancy Law and Public Procurement Law, becomes increasingly important in the technology sector, as well as in Corporate Law, Labor Law and Litigation. We regularly set up a Swiss subsidiaries of foreign technology companies and, if desired, our experienced partners of our law firm act as their representative in their Swiss board of directors or in their executive management, supporting them also in matters of corporate housekeeping and general networking. All common rating agencies such as Chambers usually rank our law firm in tier 1 (since starting in private practice).
