Sugar Hill Solutions (SHS) is a local minority-owned real estate investment and development company. Founded in the year 2020 a team of diverse individuals came together to empower the community and bring properties to productive use through community engagement and addressing vacant, abandoned, and tax-delinquent properties. In doing this, Sugar Hill will strengthen the capital region economy and improve the quality of life in disenfranchised neighborhoods. Sugar Hill Solutions will increase the number of first-time minority homeowners and help them navigate the home buying process through upholding integrity between investors, partners, tenants, the general company, and the community. Although affordable housing is the first step in positively restructuring neighborhoods, SHS recognizes that it is not the only solution. SHS will also focus on empowering and supporting the quality of businesses that benefit the community.
