Rooted in two decades of experience leading global product and innovation teams, we created Sugarhouse to offer something we felt was missing: a space purpose-built for deep work, momentum, and clarity. Located on British Columbia’s Sunshine Coast, our light-filled loft studio is designed to support strategic retreats, workshops, sprints, and creative sessions of all kinds. Some teams come with a full agenda and their own facilitators. Others lean on us for design-led guidance to shape the day. Either way, Sugarhouse is a flexible, fully equipped environment where teams do their best thinking together.
