SUKOON

SUKOON is a student-run community that aims to cultivate a peaceful heart, spread mental health awareness, guide people with mental ailments by connecting them to the right professionals and run interactive groups to offer constant support to everyone. We provide Emotional Literacy to individuals which helps them understand, validate and regulate their emotions. We work upon ‘gentle parenting techniques’ to establish positive bonding between the parent and child which makes them happy, independent, and resilient.
