SULOS

SuLOS is short for Student Union of Logistics, Operations and Supply Chain. It is a student union for both present and former students enrolled in MSc in Operations and Supply Chain Analytics at School of Business and Social Sciences (Aarhus University). The board consists of eight members, representing both first-year and second-year students. The aim of SuLOS is: To create a social student environment for the MSc Operations and Supply Chain Analytics students - To arrange company visits within the studyline for all members - To work as a liaison between MSc in Operations and Supply Chain Analytics students and domestic as well as international companies - To serve as a link between the students and the lecturers of the Department of - Economics and Business Economics - To help enhance the knowledge of the MSc in the Operations and Supply Chain Analytics program - MSc in Operations and Supply Chain Analytics SuLOS is a non-profit organization that works for the benefit of students at MSc in Operations and Supply Chain Analytics. Each year a study trip is arranged, with destinations to cities such as Rio, Beijing and Panama City. Operations and Supply Chain Analytics (OSCA) focuses on the application of analytical tools to describe, analyse, and solve operations and supply chain issues. The successful applications of OSCA drive business innovation and help companies to stay competitive in real businesses. The programme provides you with an in-depth knowledge about Strategy design and performance improvement in O&SCM. Methods for planning and controlling the flow of goods and information in a company or across supply chains. IT-based tools and how to work with data, matching the increased focus on digitalised and data-driven decision-making in OSCM.
