Sultan Yoga

Aruna is a certified Vinyasa Krama yoga teacher with teaching experience in San Francisco, Silicon Valley and the High Coast of Sweden. She has completed the 200hr Vinyasa Krama Yoga Teacher Training program with Srivatsa Ramaswami at Loyola Marymont University and has additionally completed two 45hr asana programs and a weekend pranayama program taught by Ramaswami. She studied Sanskrit chanting and healing yoga with Chase Bossart at the Healing Yoga Foundation in San Francisco, feldenkrais with Tessa Chandler at Columbia University as well as with Paul Senechko and Richard Newton, and tai chi in New York. She holds B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavior from Columbia University.
