Founded in January 2023, Sumatra Innovation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through civic education and engagement about the democratic systems and political structures that shape our everyday lives.
Our mission? To raise awareness. To promote critical thinking. To stimulate constructive discussion.
Our interactive workshops bring European history, politics and policies to life directly in schools through a mix of historical insights, ongoing policy discussions and participatory activities. We aim to help the next generation become informed and active citizens by giving them the tools they need to explore the mechanics of politics and play a role in the world around them.
