Our efforts are based on Sumitomo’s Business Spirit, which places prime importance on fairness and integrity. As a global leader in residential construction, building materials and property development, our focus in recent years has been in the research and development of timber buildings as we work towards realising the concept of “Environmentally-Friendly and Timber-Utilising Cities”.
Sumitomo Forestry Australia Pty Ltd. is headquartered in Melbourne and is involved in housing, property development and landscaping business across Australia. Since launching our housing business in 2008, we have steadily grown to become the third largest builder group in Australia. This builder group includes Henley Properties Group in Victoria, Wisdom Properties Group in NSW, Plantation Homes in Queensland, and Scott Park Group in Western Australia. Regal Innovations also recently joined the group to focus on the landscaping business in Australia.
