SPH revolves around four thematic pillars of project financing, project consulting & advisory, project management and project inspection & auditing, all as summarized below:- Negotiating project financing with the development financial institutions, international commercial banks, structured joint venture partnership (private/public) funding programs, sovereign wealth infrastructure funds and export credit/import financing agencies; Preparation of the contract agreement, particular conditions of contract (including the financing arrangement), appendix to tender and schedule of guarantees and liquidated damages; Supervising the work of a consulting engineer(s) to complete the employer’s requirements, time schedule and bill of quantities in a coherent and acceptable manner in partnership with local professionals in the relevant project jurisdiction place; Negotiating and finalizing the EPCF contract(s) with EPC contractors; Supporting clients to obtain the required permissions and approvals from all concerned governmental authorities or authorities where applicable.
