The Summer Spark Music Creator day camp has been designed for burgeoning young musicians ages 14-18. Our goal is to spark the creativity of promising young musicians and destigmatize the sometimes mysterious process of making music. All aspects of music production will be covered in this exciting and engaging (but low stress) week-long comprehensive camp.
Whether your vibe is Billie Eilish or Ed Sheeran, Nirvana or Beyonce, Bon Iver or Led Zeppelin, the music creator camp can help you begin to explore or continue to develop the creative skills, tools, and methods used by professional musicians.
This camp is designed and instructed by songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and renowned educator, Dr. Charlie Christenson (Lawrence University, Manhattan School of Music, & University of Miami). Charlie brings his passion for creating music and his many years of educational design to this one-of-a-kind camp experience.
