Summit Capital Advisors is a Denver-based real estate investment and development company, specializing in value-added commercial and residential projects. SCA is an owner and the manager of Seven Hills Plaza, a 135,000 square-foot retail center in Aurora, Colorado. The center was purchased in June 2005, and subsequently underwent a major renovation and repositioning. Mr. Patrick is pursuing the entitlement and development of a 70-acre custom home community within Perry Park, Larkspur, Colorado. Mr. Patrick also seeks acquisition, renovation and short-term financing opportunities within the single-family residential market. Prior to moving back to Colorado in late 1999, Mr. Patrick founded and managed Daiwa Securities' $100 million commercial real estate investment fund in New York. Mr. Patrick worked for Credit Suisse First Boston for 7 years in Houston, Los Angeles and New York, and Trammell Crow Company in Denver for 2 years.
