By way of introduction, Summit Commercial is a forward-thinking and relationship orientated construction and property commercial management and cost consultancy. With a wealth of experience built over 20 years working with some of the UK’s largest contractors, including Lend Lease, Morgan Sindall and Wates Construction; the time was right to become independent and offer technical expertise to the wider industry.
We officially opened our doors for business November 2023, with a burst of energy, and it is with immense pride and gratitude that we share an incredible start to our journey. From going live, we have successfully delivered and continue to deliver services for a tier 1 contractor, two regional contractors, a local developer and a national specialist contractor. Building on this we also have some really exciting opportunities in the making and on the horizon.
