For over two decades, I’ve helped individuals and organizations navigate career shifts, workplace transformation, and leadership challenges. Over the years of success', failures, and life lessons, my approach to life, whether it be personal or business is to take what you've learned from the situation and identify what the take aways are, both positive and negative. And it is NEVER too late to start over or start something new. For Individuals: My goal for individuals is to help people find jobs that fit both them and the company. People leave people, not usually companies. We normally spend more time with our co-workers than we do our family. Our jobs shouldn't take a toll on our health or impact our personal relationships. I work with people on resume assessments, interview skills, job search assistance, and more. For Businesses: I provide businesses with a variety of à la carte HR services. These products include but are not limited to; individual recruitment services, HRIS and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) recommendations and training, workforce and succession plans, customized training and development programs, and individual coaching.
