Summit Property Management was formed in 1986 by a local business man, Earl L Romans and his wife Deborah Romans. We started with one building, over 20 years later we are growing with over 2 million SQ FT in the metro- Detroit area. Our expansion has stepped outside of ownership and into the company’s second fold – management. Our fully-capable staff of Property Managers, Accountants, Operational Managers, Project Managers, and Maintenance crew has allowed us to continuously work forward into the company’s second generation. Our staff, although small, has been with the company 10 years or more and ensures the company’s constant vitality into the future. We are always looking for opportunities to expand and maintain our presence as a leader in Detroit’s real estate market. Our President Al Shulin takes a vital role in sustaining our lasting relationship with tenants and long-time Operations Manager Kevin Doehner started as one of the original three, and continued on to manage daily operations in each building. At the end of the day we ensure that each tenant doesn’t just come to work, but they come to work in a well-maintained, attractive building with a confident company who takes pride in continuously sharing our spaces with them year after year. Detroit is where we’re from, integrity is our policy, growth is our goal and success is who we are.
