Summit Sky Advisory was formed in 2015 to initially serve as a niche business for the commercial aerospace industry which later expanded into a global player in the trading, leasing, financing, conversions, management and re-marketing of transport category aircraft. Located in Austin, TX, the Company maintains a direct focus on providing a range of services in the Aerospace market. Initially started with a focus on multi-engine packages for teardown and part out, Summit’s portfolio has grown to ~115 aircraft acquisitions that have included conversions, extended life overhauls, routine maintenance performed, and through final sale while also growing its lease portfolio of aircraft and engines. Summit Sky Advisory has an intimate proficiency in everything from the legal complexities of a lease contract to securing finances for transactions through leveraging its leadership, stability, due diligence and industry networks.
