We have yet to find a person that got into business leadership because they desired to be exhausted, overwhelmed, and frustrated; but that is where almost every one of them seems to find themselves at one point or another. For us, restoration means getting them back to the unique hope and freedom they were after when they started. Restoration also relates to the idea that there is an incredible responsibility and privilege that comes with being a leader over others. The world was designed in a way that those in seats of authority would be generative governors (literally, life-giving leaders) to those under them. Our true north for the companies we lead is to help them find the financial margin and time required through business success to lead in the way that God intended. Coaching is a concept that has been diluted and means many things for those who hear the term. We approach it as a calling and we take coaching very seriously. Professional coaching of businesses and leaders requires extensive training, natural gifting, and a unique balance of both empathy and authority. Getting to real solutions often has us saying the things that no one else will say and asking the things that no one else dares ask. We care deeply about our clients and their success. Our experience with clients makes us extremely confident. Despite all the frustration, chaos, and overwhelm they are experiencing, we know: things can get better and we have the tools, processes, and experience to see that it does. Sometimes our indomitable belief that change is possible is the necessary first step to a different business and life.
