Het begon allemaal in Rotterdam aan het Schouwburgplein als een klein en intiem Japans restaurant, dat als één van de eersten het “all-you-can-eat concept” hanteerde en uitgroeide tot een mateloze populaire formule.
Op de dag van vandaag is Sumo door heel Nederland te vinden, van Groningen tot Tilburg. Hier kunt u genieten van een heerlijke Japanse lunch of diner. In onze restaurants serveren wij niet alleen sushi, maar ook gerechten van de grill of de zogenoemde “Yaki” gerechten, wat in het Japans “gebakken” betekent.
