Sun & Energy

Sun & Energy is a Community Choice Aggregation ("CCA") Coordinator that brings the Power of Choice to New York. We serve the residents, businesses and governments of the communities in which we work by giving them a way to join together and transition to low-cost, renewable energy. We work with municipalities and help educate constituents to make their own energy decisions. Sun & Energy combines the benefits of collective bargaining and renewable energy resources to lower the utility bill for participating members. In doing this, we strengthen the local economy by saving them money, creating local jobs, retaining existing businesses and attracting new ones. The positives don't stop there! By leading the charge in the transition to renewable energy, Sun & Energy encourages new renewable energy development, reduces carbon emissions and helps to achieve state, national and global energy initiatives.
