We are a bondable, fully insured prime contractor and are also a certified WBE (Women Business Enterprise) and HUB (Historically underutilized Business). Sun Builders specializes in tilt wall retail, banks, warehouse, office, interior fitouts, medical, and site development. Sun Builders negotiates over 65% of our contracts including many repeat clients who are pleased with our program. We operate and hold licenses in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Texas. Our goal is to keep an excellent reputation with owners and sub-contractors wherever we work.
