CSL Mobile Limited (CSL) was acquired by Hong Kong Telecommunications Limited (HKT) on 14 May 2014，after which New World Mobility Limited became a joint venture of HKT and Telecom Digital. On 25 September 2014， HKT and Telecom Digital jointly unveiled a new mobile service brand – SUN Mobile，which is committed to providing customers with quality and affordable mobile services.
