Sun Vending Technology PCL

Founded by the Chokwatana Group in the year 1975 under the name Sun Color Company Limited, initially engaged in the stationery business and acting as a distributor of colored films, audio equipment, televisions, and videos. It wasn't until the year 2000 that the company acquired the retail vending machine business from ICC International Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Sahapat Group. Currently, ICC holds 8.25% of the company's shares. With dedicated management efforts, the vending machine business has continuously grown. Consequently, the management team decided to rename the company to Sun 108 Company Limited, effective from 1 November 2007. At that time, the registered capital amounted to 100 million baht. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public company limited, changing its name to "Sun Vending Technology Public Company Limited," and increasing its registered capital by an additional 200 million baht on 2 April 2021. Furthermore, the company successfully registered for trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and commenced trading on 5 October 2021
