Established by Registered Architect Samantha Zondag (Zondag meaning Sunday in Dutch), SUNDAY is relaxed yet refined architecture that celebrates everyday moments through design imbued with excellence, integrity and substance.
Samantha has over ten years experience creating beautiful residential and commercial architecture, having held an Associate position at award-winning firm, Studio of Pacific Architecture prior to establishing Sunday Architects.
Our Approach -
Recognising people as the central element to design, we create space and objects that embed needs and wants within the inherent natural context.
Through light and shadow, textures, tones and natural materials, we choreograph the unique characteristics of both people and place into beautiful functional design.
We collaborate with artists and designers, enabling the stories that are our everyday. Turning routine into ritual, applying mindfulness to moments, and invoking a Sunday feeling, everyday.
