Founded in 1985 as Sunland Engineering Company, we changed our name to Sunland Group, Inc. in 2003 to encompass our growing range of offered services including program management/construction management, architecture, civil land development, value engineering, and facility condition assessments.
We are an established SWDBE-certified and TX HUB firm with offices in Texas, Colorado, and a project office in New Jersey that employs a wide range of full-time professional, technical, and support personnel. To date, we have completed more than 700 major projects with a total construction value of more than $15 billion.
