The real estate market in Portugal is divided into two groups: the broker who places all the properties he finds on national free portals and waits for a client; and the mediator who specializes in a single field and grows every day, researching customers, opportunities and promoting his products internationally. For us, this has been our philosophy from the beginning. We are land and village specialists. We could handle the entire real estate market, apartments, storage garages, office construction and long-term leases, but we strongly believe that the real estate market, like any specialty, needs expertise and competence. That's why we specialize in villas and building plots. Keeping in mind that moving to another country is not the same as moving to another street or neighborhood, as you will find a different culture, a different language and even though most Portuguese are friendly and welcoming, there are certain issues in the Portuguese bureaucracy which sometimes clashes with logic. In our services, we handle all the legal documentation, from the promissory contract to the deed, this is what any company normally offers. But this is where we make the difference, from SEF to taxes, water, electricity, internet, health, insurance, bank accounts, cars, importing goods, architects, engineers, builders, swimming pools, and any difficulty that may arise, we are here for resolve and if it is very specific we can appoint a lawyer or solicitor specialized in the required area.
