Hello. I am am experienced ADHD Life Coach with a background in psychology and education. Most of my clients have a diagnosis of ADHD, but it is not necessary. I also work with other people under the neurodiverse umbrella.
My coaching philosophy is that every person is whole and capable. Coaching is a way to increase self awareness, improve executive function skills, and make decisions that will support your career success.
My approach is a combination of neuroscience based mindfulness and meditation techniques, as well as working together to create a unique toolbox.
