I've been that executive, the one waiting for 6 p.m., watching the team head home… Only then, finally, beginning the “real” work. 👉 The strategic work. 👉 The meaningful work. 👉 The lonely work. I know the feeling of sitting in a quiet office, watching the sky dim, with your thoughts circling and no one to bounce them off of. I spent years in that space, working across countries, cultures, and leadership teams. And through it all, I realized something simple: 💬 We all need a space to breathe, to reflect 🤔, to be heard 👂. We all need someone in our corner, listening with compassion, asking powerful questions, and holding space with presence and love. That’s why I created Sunset Coaching. A place where leaders don’t have to carry it all alone. A space to reconnect with your inner wisdom and make decisions that feel aligned, not just effective. 🌿 Much of my coaching is inspired by nature. Nature is where I come home to myself. It’s where I connect with the elements: sun, wind, water, earth, plants, animals. It's a reminder that growth is a process, not a performance. That every being unfolds at its own pace, that reflection is not a luxury, but a need. From this space of presence and openness, I guide leaders toward their own natural rhythm, helping them rediscover purpose, make conscious choices, and lead with heart. I coach in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. I bring over 25 years of international executive experience. And I meet each conversation with a smile 😊, compassion 🙏, and love ❤️.
