Sunshine Learning Difficulties Center is the first special education service company in Dubai licensed under the Community Development Authority (CDA) and Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). Sunshine services People of Determination as well as Gifted and Talented individuals with a variety of support services. Sunshine has been servicing the community since 2017. At Sunshine we will use all available resources to plan, implement, and monitor the provision of special education programs for the child with special need to ensure that they received an Individual Education Program (IEP) based on their strength and needs to enhance their social competence and enable them to maximize their contributions to their communities. Our vision is to provide exceptional special educational programs for the child with special needs that reflects the best international standards and practices to prepare them to be productive member of the society.
