SunSpark Yoga

SunSpark Yoga is a family owned, independent yoga studio located in the Old Towne Orange Historic District within walking distance of the Orange Circle, Chapman University & the Orange Metrolink Station. We offer a wide variety of yoga classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced, with inspiring, experienced Yoga Alliance certified teachers in a non-competitive, community environment. Class offerings range from gentle to active to vigorous, depending on what you need, knowing that all individual needs range from day to day and season to season. Classes include Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga Stretch, Hatha Flow (All Levels, Level 1/2 & Advanced Level 2), Yoga Nidra Meditation, and a unique offering of an Open Yoga Practice with access to our beautiful space to work on your own personal practice. SunSpark Yoga is a collective of teachers that blend a wide variety of experiences & lineages. This provides a unique opportunity to explore & practice different styles of body alignment, breathwork & sequencing. This experience ultimately leads you to a personal practice that is unique & perfect for you in your yoga journey.
